How to use

1. Preparation and Positioning

Lie Flat: Lie down flat on your back without a pillow. Keep your head in a neutral position (looking straight up, not tilted forward or backward).
Preparation: Undo the Velcro straps and remove the front piece of the collar.

2. Putting on the Collar (Two-Piece Method)

Place the Back Piece: Slide the back panel of the collar under your neck, ensuring it is centered evenly. Ensure any writing is face-up (not upside down).
Position the Front Piece: Place the front piece (chin piece) under your chin, ensuring your chin is resting comfortably in the cup.
Fasten the Velcro: Bring the Velcro straps from the back piece forward and attach them to the front piece.
Secure and Tighten: Fasten the straps for a snug fit. The sides of the front piece should be tucked inside the back piece if they overlap.
Check Fit: You should not be able to nod "yes" or shake your head "no" easily. It should feel secure but not restrict breathing or swallowing.
