How to use & important info

How to use

1. Preparation and Positioning

Loosen: Loosen all laces and unfasten all Velcro straps.
Position: Sit down and place your foot into the brace, ensuring the tongue is cantered on the top of your foot.
Heel Placement: Make sure your heel is securely in the back of the brace and resting properly in the hole or heel cutout.
Angle: Keep your ankle at a 90-degree angle (neutral position) while applying the brace.

2. Tightening the Laces

Lace Up: Tighten the laces securely from the bottom up, similar to tying a shoe, ensuring a snug fit without cutting off circulation.

3. Securing the Straps
Strap 1 (Lateral/Medial Support): Take one side strap, wrap it over the top of the foot, under the arch, and pull it up to fasten it to the opposite side of the ankle.
Strap 2 (Lateral/Medial Support): Repeat with the other side strap, crossing it over the top of the foot and under the arch in the opposite direction, securing it with Velcro.
Final Strap: Secure the elastic or Velcro strap around the top of the ankle to hold everything in place.

4. Final Adjustment

Check Fit: The brace should feel snug but not painful. You should be able to fit a finger around the top to ensure it is not too tight.
Shoe Wear: It is recommended to wear the brace over a sock and under a sturdy shoe.
